So I went inside and prepaid $10 for gas today. I went outside to dispense it in my tank only to find out I could only get $9.99 out of the pump. I know how to use a nozzle at the pump and so I checked it and tried to get my last penny. Yes, a penny. It did not work. So I went inside, asked for my receipt. It showed I prepaid $10.00 and I explained it to the worker and she just laughed in my face and pointed me towards the change container on the counter. So I grabbed my penny and left. I called the store shortly afterwards, asked to speak with the manager and explained my experience to her. Apparently the manager was the worker who was very rude to me in the store, because when I told the manager about the worker, she said that was me honey as she laughed at me again and hung up on me! Never have I had such terrible customer service! And, yes. I know it was just one cent. But hey, you never know if someone could just be stealing 1 cent from every customer on the side. Now, BEST BELIEVE I will NEVER bring my money there again! Only to get the store manager or owner to realize what an awful employee they have working as a manager of their store! My day was ruined from having some stranger (employee) laughing in my face in front of all the other customer's!
The paper in the pumps are out a lot so if you get a car wash at the pump, be prepared to go in to get your code. It's incredibly annoying and I am beginning to think they do it on purpose to force you into the store.
Came in to the gas station after filling up and my car had died .. I went in and asked for jumper cables or a jumper box and a gentlemen named Ken gladly helped me out and brought his car over to jump my car and get me back on the road . Great customer service and did it all with a smile ! Thanks Ken
Great service and good workers that will give you free car washes every once in a while
It's okay, but the car wash is closed alot without notice forcing you to come back again.
Clean, easy to access. Car wash can be touchy.
